Using the Process Agent
The Process Agent guides you through process capture, as-is model, analysis and measures in a dialog.
Getting started
Open the Process Agent from the top navigation. You can create a new process, continue an existing one or upload documents. The agent asks targeted questions about goals, roles, flow and pain points.
Capture (10 topic blocks)
Capture uses structured blocks (B01–B10): process goal, roles, input/output, systems, pain points and more. Answer freely or use quick replies. After complete capture, an as-is process model (BPMN) is generated.
Analysis and measures
Based on the as-is model, CT Flow derives findings and measure suggestions. You can model to-be processes, compare and simulate. Graph changes are applied only after your confirmation in chat.
