Process map
Under Processes you see your process map in three categories.
Categories
Management processes: steering and strategy. Core processes: customer value creation. Support processes: IT, HR, finance etc. Processes can be areas (level 2) or individual processes (level 3).
Editing a process
Click a process to edit capture, model, analysis and measures in tabs. Optimization status shows maturity (created, in capture, analyzed, …).
Delete a process
1) Go to Processes in the navigation and open the process. 2) In the top header, click Delete (red button) – visible unless you are in fullscreen or edit mode. 3) In the confirmation dialog, choose Delete permanently. This removes the process including all versions, steps, analyses, measures and chat history. Child subprocesses (e.g. level 3 under an area) are deleted too; the dialog warns you. This cannot be undone. Requires write access to processes (process:edit).
